Pastor's Message
Dear Friend,
Welcome to Montgomery United Methodist Church! Thank you for visiting our
website. Greetings and blessings to you!
Whenever I visit a church - say, while I traveling during my summer
vacation - I always look forward to attending a church service where I will
feel uplifted and encouraged in the Lord - one where I feel encouraged to
pray deeply to the Lord, and feel His embracing, accepting blessing. I look
for a church with a positive approach, one that will lift me from where I am
to the next level of hope and encouragement. Attending such a service gives
me energy, insight, and positive direction for the week.
This is the very experience I wish for people who attend Montgomery
United Methodist Church. I am a strong believer that people should walk out
of church feeling stronger, happier, and more encouraged than they did when
they came in. Services at Montgomery UMC are consistently positive and
affirming.
I believe that this is what our Lord Jesus Christ did for people, and
what He continues to do today. He lifted people to the next level. He gave
them hope. He gave them tools for positive living. His living Holy Spirit,
present with us, wants to do the same for us today.
I'd like to personally invite you to visit our church. Here you will find
some of the finest and friendliest people you will ever meet. Here you will
find an outstanding and fun Sunday School. Here you will find opportunities
for insight and fellowship. Most importantly of all, here you will find the
living Spirit of Lord Jesus Christ, anxious to bless you in amazing ways.
Your faith will be strengthened, and your spirit will have the chance to
joyfully grow.

10:30 AM Sunday service (energetic, family friendly, and uplifting). Enjoy
